STRUCTURE REBUILDS

Our services were retained by an Irvine, CA master association to address multiple wooden gazebo structures throughout their community. The structures were not regularly maintained and showed signs of extreme termite damage and wood rot.

We salvaged as much wood as possible to mitigate material expenses and save money for the client, but ultimately, the structures needed to be dismantled and rebuilt.

We improved the design of each structure to modernize the aesthetic and make future maintenance easier.
